Pit Stop Sort Privacy Policy

In short: Pit Stop Sort has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number. Your progress is stored only on your own phone. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob; on iPhone, ads are only personalized if you allow tracking. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so we never see your card details.

Pit Stop Sort: Road Trip Match is developed and published by Hüsnü Demir Yıldız under the digitalkibris brand (“Pit Stop Sort”, “we”, “us”).

2. Information stored by the game
There is no sign-up or login. We do not collect personal information and the game does not send personal data to our servers.
To make the game work, the following is stored only on your phone:
- the stops and states you have unlocked,
- your coin balance and how many boosters you have,
- your sound on/off setting.
This information never reaches us. Deleting the game from your phone deletes all of it.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game is free and supported by ads, which are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, prevent ad fraud and measure ad performance, AdMob may collect from your device:
- the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android),
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city or country level),
- device model, operating system version, language and how you interact with ads.
On iPhone: your advertising identifier is only used if you tap “Allow” when iOS asks whether the app may track you. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the game works exactly the same; ads are simply not personalized.
On Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads through Google’s consent screen.

4. In-app purchases
Optional purchases such as coin packs and the no-ads pack are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process the payment; your card and billing details never reach us. We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded so the game can unlock it.
5. Analytics and crash reports
This version of the game does not use a separate analytics or crash reporting tool. If we add one, we will update this policy before it goes live.
6. Children
Pit Stop Sort is a puzzle game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If your child plays, you can keep tracking turned off on iPhone or delete the Advertising ID on Android.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your progress stays only on your phone; deleting the game deletes it. Data collected by AdMob is subject to Google’s own retention periods and policies.
8. Your rights
For any question, access or deletion request about your personal data, email info@digitalkibris.com. Because we do not keep personal data on our own servers, most requests can be handled directly through your phone’s settings or by deleting the game; for data held by Google we will point you to the right place.
9. Changes
When we update this policy we change the effective date on this page. We will also announce important changes inside the game.
